Rome on a plate. Amatriciana is one of the symbols of Roman cuisine — pasta, guanciale, pecorino and tomato. Simple, powerful, unmistakable.
For this event Gioacchino and Konrad bring to the table a proper amatriciana, shared with people from all over the world. We recommend a red wine to pair it but you can choose your own drink from the venue’s menu, whether that’s wine, beer or a cocktail.
The important thing is to enjoy the table.
