Food pairing in the garden Vol. 1

Hello again wine lovers!
Since we love the vibe of being altogether in a cozy space, we organized a series of lunches in a garden where we can eat, drink, talk and relax.
This time the lunch is italian-based and consists of 5 wines and 3 courses as following:
1. Welcoming “Prosecco di Valdobbiadene”
2. Italian antipasto paired with “Anthilia – Donnafugata”
3. Traditional (or vegetarian) lasagna, paired with “Montepulciano d’Abruzzo – Gianni Masciarelli”
4. Pannacotta paired with “Sherry – Pedro Ximenez”
5. After meal wine, “Barbera d’Asti – La Tranquilla”
